These Terms of Use govern your use of www.superbike8.us (the "Site"), operated by Vieweger Software S.L. ("SuperBike8", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Our service

SuperBike8 is a free price comparison service and bike shop directory. We do not sell products and are not a party to any purchase. When you follow a link to a retailer, any purchase contract is concluded solely between you and that retailer, whose terms, prices, shipping, return and warranty policies apply.

2. Prices and product information

We compile prices, availability and product data from retailers and partners. Information may change or be delayed and may contain errors. Prices shown may not include sales tax or shipping. The information on the retailer's website at the time of purchase is binding.

3. Affiliate relationships

Affiliate disclosure: SuperBike8 is reader-supported. When you click on a retailer link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer. This never increases the price you pay, and it does not influence how offers are ranked – offers are sorted by price and availability. Retailers cannot pay for a better position in our price comparison.

4. Bike shop directory and requests

Shop listings are compiled from public sources and may be incomplete or outdated. When you send a request to a shop through the Site, we forward your details to that shop; the shop is solely responsible for its answer, offers and services.

5. User accounts and used-bike listings

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. If you publish a used-bike listing, you confirm that you are entitled to sell the item, that your listing is accurate and lawful, and that it does not infringe the rights of others. Transactions between private users are made directly between the parties; SuperBike8 is not a party to them. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's design, texts, graphics and software are protected by copyright and other laws. Product names, brands and images are the property of their respective owners. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors.

8. Disclaimer

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPERBIKE8 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM PURCHASES MADE WITH THIRD-PARTY RETAILERS OR SHOPS. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.

11. Changes

We may change these Terms at any time. The version published on the Site applies.
